Getting to 2080 United Boulevard

Great Canadian Casino Vancouver sits on United Boulevard in Coquitlam. Most people drive in from the Cape Horn Interchange, and TransLink route 159 runs right along the street. Here is what the flyer can confirm.

The address

The casino's official address is 2080 United Boulevard, Coquitlam, BC V3K 6W3. Some listings online show a different street address. Go by the one on the official site.

The main phone line is 1-604-523-6888 if you want to check anything before you head out. Bring government-issued photo ID. Everyone is asked for it at the door of any BC casino, and you must be 19 or older.

By car

United Boulevard has exits from the Cape Horn Interchange. That is where Highway 1, the Lougheed Highway and the Mary Hill Bypass meet. Coming from either direction on Highway 1, follow the signs for United Boulevard.

Parking is free. Both BCLC's casino site and the theatre's Ticketmaster page say so. There is a parking garage on site.

The flyer has not found official details on a height limit, EV charging, valet or accessible parking spaces. If any of these matter for your trip, call the casino first.

By bus and SkyTrain

TransLink route 159 runs between Braid Station and Coquitlam Central Station, and it travels along United Boulevard. Its stops on the boulevard include:

  • United Blvd @ King Edward St
  • United Blvd @ Clipper St
  • United Blvd @ Schooner St
  • United Blvd @ Fawcett
  • United Blvd @ Leeder St
  • United Blvd @ Burbidge St

Braid Station is at the western end of the route, in New Westminster near the Coquitlam border. Coquitlam Central Station is at the eastern end. Neither TransLink nor the casino names a nearest station or stop, and neither publishes a walking distance. Check the trip planner or the route 159 schedules (one direction, the other) to pick the stop that suits you.

Taxi and rideshare

The flyer has no official notes on taxi stands or rideshare pickup spots at the casino. Use the street address above when you book. If you are unsure where a driver should wait, ask staff at the casino when you arrive.

The flyer also has no official directions from YVR airport. TransLink's trip planner is the place to start for that one.

Getting home late

The gaming floor is listed as open 24/7, but buses are not. Before you go, look up the last route 159 trips on the TransLink schedule pages and plan around them. This matters most after a show. See Theatre nights for what is on.

If you have been drinking, leave the car and take transit or a ride. Setting a time to leave before you arrive helps too. If gambling stops feeling like fun, Gambling Support BC is free and open 24/7 at 1-888-795-6111. More on our Gambling support page.
